Sandra Nageb

Sandra is an Associate Lawyer at Spraggs Law whose practice is grounded in thoughtful advocacy, careful listening, and practical problem-solving. Specializing in Workplace Law, she brings a client-centered approach to every interaction, with a focus on helping clients understand their options clearly while protecting their interests and pursuing the best possible outcome.

She joined Spraggs Law in April 2023 as a Summer Articled Student, returned in June 2024 under the guidance of Jay Spiro, and began practicing as an Associate Lawyer in June 2025 after being called to the bar that same month.

Before and during law school, Sandra gained experience that strengthened her interest in workplace and public service issues, including working with the Halifax Workers’ Action Centre, where she equipped employees with legal information for issues in their workplace. She also spent a semester working in the Dalhousie Legal Aid Clinic, responsible for files in Family, Residential Tenancy, and Youth Criminal Law, and worked as a Research Assistant looking at the role of human rights commission in Canada for environmental issues and business standards.

Sandra earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of British Columbia and a Juris Doctor from Dalhousie University.

Born in Cairo, Egypt, Sandra moved to Langley with her family at 11 years old. She enjoys travelling, reading, spending time with family and friends, and making the most of a sunny day outdoors in her spare time.
